Lamellenkl\u00e4rung<\/h1>\n

Kippplatten-Lamellenabsetzer werden f\u00fcr verschiedene Absetzanwendungen eingesetzt und schaffen eine gro\u00dfe Absetzfl\u00e4che bei geringer Stellfl\u00e4che. Die Technologie kann mit vorgeschalteter kontrollierter Koagulation und Flockung kombiniert werden, um eine hohe Absetzleistung zu erzielen.
\nDas zu behandelnde Wasser wird in die Lamellenplatten am unteren Ende eingeleitet. W\u00e4hrend das Speisewasser zum oberen Ende des TPS zwischen die Platten flie\u00dft, setzt sich der Schlamm auf den Platten ab, gleitet nach unten und wird am Boden des Moduls freigesetzt. Um eine Beeinflussung des sich absetzenden Schlamms und des Speisewassers zu verhindern, wird ein Mindestfreiraum unterhalb des Moduls ber\u00fccksichtigt.
\nDas abgesetzte Wasser wird am oberen Ende des Moduls abgelassen; der abgesetzte Schlamm wird in den Schlammkonen gesammelt und entweder durch Schwerkraft oder durch Schlammpumpen ausgetragen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

Jeder Absetzbereich kann durch die Anordnung einer Reihe von TPS-Modulen gestaltet werden. Die optimale Konfiguration wird auf der Grundlage des Zulaufs, der Feststoffkonzentration und -dichte, der Absetzgeschwindigkeit, des Schlammvolumens und der erforderlichen Abwasserqualit\u00e4t bestimmt. Ein Anwendungsfragebogen kann f\u00fcr die Auslegung hilfreich sein. Gegebenenfalls k\u00f6nnen spezielle Absetzversuche sinnvoll sein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
