Sandfilterr\u00fccksp\u00fclwasser ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte anfallende Abwasserstrom, mit Str\u00f6men<br \/>\nschwankt zwischen 1-10% der gesamten Trinkwasserproduktion.<br \/>\nKoagulation, Flockung und Kippplattentrennung ist ein effektiver Weg zur Reduzierung der Waschwassermengen:<\/p>\n<p>100 m3 Waschwasser k\u00f6nnen in 97 m3 abgesetztes Wasser und 3 m3 Schlamm aufgeteilt werden. Der Eindicker reduziert dann das Schlammvolumen auf 0,7 m3.<br \/>\nDie typischen TSS-Konzentrationen (Total Suspended Solids) am Einlass liegen bei 200-300 mg\/l, mit Auslasskonzentrationen von etwa 5 mg\/l und &lt; 1mg\/l AI\/Fe.<br \/>\nDer Schlamm wird typischerweise bei 1% gel\u00f6ster Feststoffe (DS) freigegeben.<\/p>\n<p>Kippplattenseparatoren mit integrierter Koagulation und Flockung erwiesen sich als zuverl\u00e4ssig f\u00fcr die R\u00fccksp\u00fclwasseraufbereitung.<br \/>\nDie R\u00fccksp\u00fclwasseraufbereitung kann zun\u00e4chst auf die Ableitung von Abwasser mit geringer Feststoffbelastung ausgerichtet sein. Die Wiederverwendung des Waschwassers im prim\u00e4ren Aufbereitungsprozess kann jedoch ein wirtschaftlicher n\u00e4chster Schritt sein.
