Folglich wird das Medium w\u00e4hrend der Filtration und Adsorption gewaschen. Dies erm\u00f6glicht h\u00f6here Feststoffkonzentrationen im Zulauf zum Filter im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen r\u00fcckgesp\u00fclten GAC-Filtern. Das k\u00f6rnige Aktivkohlemedium wird so ausgew\u00e4hlt, dass es der Umw\u00e4lzung des Mediums durch den Luftheber und die Waschvorrichtung standh\u00e4lt. Durch die Umw\u00e4lzung kann das Medium vollst\u00e4ndig ges\u00e4ttigt werden.<\/p><p>In F\u00e4llen, in denen die Feststoffbelastung der GAC-Filter begrenzt ist, k\u00f6nnen wir auch statische GAC-Filter mit oder ohne R\u00fccksp\u00fclm\u00f6glichkeit der Medien einsetzen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Normalerweise wird die k\u00f6rnige Aktivkohles\u00e4ule allm\u00e4hlich durch die adsorbierten Bestandteile ges\u00e4ttigt. Dabei kann es sich um organische Stoffe, z. B. DOC, oder Mikroverunreinigungen wie Arzneimittelr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde handeln. Nachdem die Aktivkohles\u00e4ule ges\u00e4ttigt ist, werden die Medien ersetzt und\/oder f\u00fcr die weitere Verwendung regeneriert. Eine serielle GAC-Filtration wird angewandt, wenn die Filtratkriterien sehr streng sind.
