Der Waschprozess besteht aus zwei Prinzipien: dem hochturbulenten Lufttransport von verschmutztem Sand vom Boden des Filters zum oberen Ende des Filters und der abschlie\u00dfenden Trennung von Sandk\u00f6rnern und Feststoffen. <\/span>In diesem Blog werden wir den Waschprozess und seine Merkmale beleuchten.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Der Luftheber transportiert ein Gemisch aus Sand und Verunreinigungen vom Boden des Filters zum W\u00e4scher, der sich in der Mitte des Filters im Filtratbereich befindet. Siehe Abbildung 1. Dieses Prinzip ist aus dem Baggerbau bekannt und f\u00fcr den vertikalen Transport von Sand sehr effektiv. W\u00e4hrend des vertikalen Transports des Gemischs aus Sand, Feststoffen, Luft und Wasser werden die Sandk\u00f6rner durch den Luft- und Wasserkolk effektiv gewaschen, bevor sie in die Waschanlage am oberen Ende des Filters gelangen.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText3 translation-block\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Die typische Luftmenge, die f\u00fcr den Lufttransport und das Scheuern ben\u00f6tigt wird, betr\u00e4gt 1,0 - 1,5 Nm<\/span><sup style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">3<\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"> Luft pro angehobener Tonne Filtersand. Das Kernst\u00fcck des W\u00e4schers ist das Labyrinth, das die sauberen Sandk\u00f6rner von den Feststoffen trennt. Der Trennmechanismus beruht auf dem Dichteunterschied zwischen den (schweren) Sandk\u00f6rnern und den leichten Feststoffen. Das Filtratwasser flie\u00dft durch das Labyrinth des Waschers nach oben, wobei es hydraulisch durch einen voreingestellten Wasserstandsunterschied zwischen Waschwasser und Filtrat gezwungen wird. Dieser H\u00f6henunterschied kann manuell zwischen 5-10 cm eingestellt werden. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Die Hauptfunktion der Waschanlage ist die Abscheidung von Sand <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">K\u00f6rner von Feststoffen. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText3 translation-block\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Wie ordnet man <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">das? Ganz einfach, indem man eine ausreichend hohe Flie\u00dfgeschwindigkeit des Wassers nach oben durch <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">das Labyrinth der Waschmaschine, um Feststoffe auszuwaschen, ohne Sandk\u00f6rner zu verlieren. Das Design Wasser <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Geschwindigkeit durch die Waschmaschine ist der Schl\u00fcssel zu all dem. Veranschaulichen wir dies mit <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">einigen Berechnungen. Angenommen, die kleinste<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">gro\u00dfe Sandkorn ist 0,5 mm. Ein solches Korn <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">hat eine Absetzgeschwindigkeit von etwa 500 m\/h. Die im Filter zur\u00fcckgehaltenen Feststoffe sind normalerweise <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">mit einer Geschwindigkeit von weniger als 5 m\/h absetzen. Daher ist die Waschanlage so konzipiert, dass sie bis zu <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">Str\u00f6mungsgeschwindigkeiten von 50 - 100 m\/h. Es liegt auf der Hand, dass Sie dies vermeiden m\u00f6chten. \u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie den Wasserstandsunterschied \u00fcber der Waschanlage und verringern Sie ihn, wenn m\u00f6glich, durch Einstellen des Waschwasserabflusswehrs.
