Der Durchfluss von Wasser durch ein por\u00f6ses Medium f\u00fchrt zu einem hydraulischen Druckabfall. Wir nennen diesen Druckabfall den Filterbettwiderstand. Der tats\u00e4chliche Wert dieses Filterbett-Widerstands wird gemessen, indem man die Differenz zwischen der F\u00f6rderh\u00f6he in der Zuleitung zum Filter und dem Filtratspiegel im Filter abliest, wie in der Abbildung dargestellt. Entweder mit Hilfe eines Druckanzeigers oder durch einfaches Messen des Wasserstandes in der Entl\u00fcftungsleitung am oberen Ende des Filters.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Widerstand des Filterbetts<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Der Widerstand des Filterbetts, H<sub>Filterbett<\/sub>kann in zwei Komponenten unterteilt werden:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; H<sub>Filterbett<\/sub> = H<sub>0<\/sub> + H<sub>Ablagerung&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/sub>(1)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">H<sub>0<\/sub> wird als die <em>sauberes Bett Widerstand<\/em>Dies ist der hydraulische Widerstand, der durch den Wasserdurchfluss eines sauberen Filterbetts ohne Ablagerungen im Porenraum entsteht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die zweite Komponente, H<sub>Ablagerung<\/sub>steht f\u00fcr den zus\u00e4tzlichen Filterbettwiderstand aufgrund von Ablagerungen im Porenraum des Filtermediums.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; tab-stops: 35.45pt 49.65pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Im Blog #5 haben wir gezeigt, wie der Widerstand des sauberen Bettes berechnet wird. In diesem Blog werden wir die Relevanz der zweiten Komponente H<\/span><sub><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho'; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">Ablagerung<\/span><\/sub><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'MS Mincho'; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\"> in der Gleichung des Filterbett-Widerstands auf die Filterleistung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7390ef4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7390ef4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<b>Druckverlust durch Ablagerung von Feststoffen im Filterbett<\/b>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die im Wasser vorhandenen Verunreinigungen werden im Porenraum des Filterbetts festgehalten. Durch diese Ablagerungen werden die Poren verengt, was zu einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Widerstand des Filterbetts f\u00fchrt.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ein wichtiger Faktor, der die Filtrationseffizienz beeinflusst, ist der F\u00fcllgrad der Poren. Ein h\u00f6herer F\u00fcllungsgrad der Poren im Filterbett wirkt als zus\u00e4tzliche Barriere f\u00fcr das Eindringen von Feststoffen in den Filter. Dies f\u00fchrt im Allgemeinen zu einer besseren Filtratqualit\u00e4t. Auch bekannt als \"<i>Schmutz f\u00e4ngt Schmutz<\/i>\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Um die Filtrationseffizienz zu verbessern, ist also eine gewisse Menge an Ablagerungen erforderlich, die durch eine Verringerung der Sandumw\u00e4lzungsrate erreicht werden kann. Je niedriger die angewandte Sandumw\u00e4lzungsrate ist, desto h\u00f6her ist die Menge der Ablagerungen, desto h\u00f6her ist der zus\u00e4tzliche Kopfh\u00f6henverlust des Filterbetts, desto h\u00f6her ist die Filtrationsleistung.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dies gilt so lange, bis der maximal zul\u00e4ssige Druckverlust erreicht ist. Wie in einem unserer fr\u00fcheren Blogs erw\u00e4hnt, ist dieser maximale Druckverlust als das 2\/3-fache der Betth\u00f6he definiert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die \u00c4nderung der Sandumw\u00e4lzung bei der kontinuierlichen Filtration erfolgt durch Anpassung des Luftstroms zum Luftheber. Die Sand-Cycle \u00dcberwachung und Steuerung von kontinuierlichen Filtern wurde entwickelt, um genau diese g\u00fcnstigen Bedingungen zu erreichen. Sandumlaufraten, die es dem Filtersystem erm\u00f6glichen, innerhalb eines Druckverlustbereichs zu arbeiten, um die besten Leistungsbedingungen zu erf\u00fcllen. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Darstellung der Felddaten<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In einem kontinuierlichen Filter befindet sich der Gro\u00dfteil der Ablagerungen auf der Beschickungsseite des Filterbettes,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>direkt oberhalb des Verteilersystems f\u00fcr die Filtereinspeisung. Dies wird in Abbildung 1 veranschaulicht, die das XY-Diagramm des Druckverlusts und der<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>H\u00f6he des Filterbetts. Der Filter (mit 1,8 m Betth\u00f6he)<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>wird mit einer Filtrationsgeschwindigkeit von 14 m\/h bei einer Wassertemperatur von 10 Grad C betrieben. Die verwendete Sandkornverteilung betr\u00e4gt 0,8 - 1,25 mm. Der Verlust an sauberer Betth\u00f6he betr\u00e4gt 0,40 Meter pro Meter Betth\u00f6he.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Es werden zwei unterschiedliche Prozessbedingungen dargestellt: Die blaue Linie steht f\u00fcr hohe Sandumlaufgeschwindigkeiten (12 mm\/min), keine Ablagerungen und somit nur hydraulischer Druckverlust. Die rote Linie zeigt eine niedrige Sandumw\u00e4lzung (2 mm\/min), die zu Ablagerungen im unteren Bereich des Filterbetts und damit zu zus\u00e4tzlichem Druckverlust durch Ablagerungen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ein Vergleich des Unterschieds in der Filterleistung bei der Tr\u00fcbungsentfernung f\u00fcr diese beiden Betriebsbedingungen zeigt die Relevanz: die durchschnittliche Leistung steigt mit 15 - 40%. Wird der Durchlauffilter dar\u00fcber hinaus als Biofilter eingesetzt (z. B. zur Stickstoffentfernung), tr\u00e4gt diese Optimierung dazu bei, dass mehr Biomasse im Filter zur\u00fcckgehalten wird, was die biologische Umsetzung f\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Zusammenfassung<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Der Druckverlust ist ein wichtiger Prozessparameter bei der kontinuierlichen Filtration. Er besteht aus zwei Komponenten: dem hydraulischen Druckverlust und dem Druckverlust aufgrund von Ablagerungen im Filterbett. Die Natur des kontinuierlichen Filtrationsprozesses erlaubt es, den Druckverlust aufgrund von Ablagerungen im Filterbett aktiv einzustellen. Die Luftzufuhr zum Luftheber steuert aktiv diese Druckverlustkomponente.
