Letzte Woche hat unser Kunde, ein internationales D\u00fcngemittel verarbeitendes Unternehmen, mit dem Bau des Fundaments f\u00fcr eine neue Abwasserbehandlungsanlage begonnen, die vor der Einleitung in Oberfl\u00e4chengew\u00e4sser errichtet werden soll. Das Hauptziel ist die Entfernung von Phosphor, um die neuen Genehmigungswerte zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>

Die ersten Ideen f\u00fcr den Aufbau der Abwasseraufbereitungsanlage wurden von Geert Notenboom zusammengestellt und getestet (http:\/\/www.wacono.nl\/<\/a>) und Anthoney Marta (https:\/\/www.amart.nl\/<\/a>).<\/p>

Vor der Planung der gro\u00dftechnischen Anlage (Kapazit\u00e4t 60 m3\/h) wird eine Pilotanlage betrieben, um die endg\u00fcltigen Grundlagen der Konstruktion und der Steuerungsphilosophie zu ermitteln. Die Anlage besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer NaOH-Dosierung, einer pH-Konditionierung des Speisewassers, einer direkten kontinuierlichen Filtration mit Inline-Koagulierungsmitteldosierung und einem Absetzbecken f\u00fcr das kontinuierlich abgegebene Waschwasser.<\/p>

Die Ergebnisse der Pilotanlage wurden f\u00fcr die Planung und den Bau einer robusten Kl\u00e4ranlage genutzt, die Mitte 2024 in Betrieb genommen werden soll.<\/p>

In der Pilotanlage zeigte sich, dass die Schaffung eines geeigneten pH-Kontrollsystems unter variierenden Durchflussbedingungen entscheidend f\u00fcr zuverl\u00e4ssige Ergebnisse war. Die Anhebung des pH-Werts des Speisewassers auf einen Bereich von 5,5 bis 6,4 reichte aus, um den l\u00f6slichen Phosphor in unl\u00f6sliche FePO4-Flocken umzuwandeln. Diese Flocken konnten selbst bei Filtrationsgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 10 m\/h und Phosphorkonzentrationen im Zulauf von bis zu 10 mg\/l P sehr gut zur\u00fcckgehalten werden. Es entsteht ein sehr klares Filtrat, wie im Video zu sehen ist, das den Filtratteil des Sandfilters zeigt. Im mittleren Teil des Filters kehrt der gewaschene Filtersand wieder an die Oberseite des Filterbetts zur\u00fcck.<\/p>
