Lamellen bezinking<\/h1>\n

Lamellenbezinkers met schuine platen worden gebruikt voor diverse bezinkingstoepassingen, waarbij een groot bezinkingsgebied wordt gecre\u00eberd met een kleine voetafdruk. De technologie kan worden gecombineerd met vooraf gecontroleerde coagulatie en flocculatie om een hoge bezinkingsprestatie te bereiken.
\nHet te behandelen water wordt aan de onderzijde in de lamellenplaten gevoerd. Terwijl het voedingswater naar de bovenkant van de TPS tussen de platen stroomt, bezinkt het slib op de platen, glijdt naar beneden en komt onderaan de module vrij. Om elke interferentie tussen het bezonken slib en het voedingswater te voorkomen, wordt rekening gehouden met een minimale vrije ruimte onder de module.
\nHet bezonken water wordt boven in de module geloosd; het bezonken slib wordt opgevangen in de slibkegels en afgevoerd door de zwaartekracht of door slibpompen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

TPS-modules<\/h3>\n

Elke bezinkingszone kan worden ontworpen door een opstelling van een aantal TPS-modules. De optimale configuratie wordt bepaald op basis van het debiet van de toevoer, de concentratie en dichtheid van de vaste stoffen, het bezinkingsdebiet, het slibvolume en de vereiste effluentkwaliteit. Een vragenlijst voor de toepassing kan nuttig zijn voor het ontwerp. Indien nodig kunnen specifieke bezinkingstests nuttig zijn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
