Als het geschikt is, is het een wonderbaarlijk eenvoudige procesopzet: na voedingszeven past u een continue zandfilter toe met inline voedingsdosering van coagulanten. Het filter fungeert als flocculator en vlokafscheider, wat resulteert in een stabiel filtraat van hoge kwaliteit.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Maar hoe weten we wanneer dit haalbaar is?<\/strong> We hebben geprobeerd je een beetje op weg te helpen. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Voor de behandeling van oppervlaktewater is de belasting van het filter met vaste stoffen gebaseerd op de variabele kwaliteit van het toegevoerde water, aangezien de kwaliteit van het rivierwater aanzienlijk kan vari\u00ebren met betrekking tot troebelheid, kleur en zwevende vaste stoffen. De continue filtratie kan grote hoeveelheden vaste stoffen verwerken en kan daarom als \u00e9\u00e9n processtap worden gebruikt, waardoor voorbehandeling door bezinking of opgeloste-lucht-flotatie niet nodig is. Voor een effici\u00ebnte verwijdering van collo\u00efdale stoffen wordt gewoonlijk een inline-dosering van vlokmiddelen gepland.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is echter niet altijd van toepassing, dus u moet voorzichtig zijn. Wij hebben een processelectiediagram opgesteld, gerelateerd aan de troebelheid van de toevoer en het organisch materiaal van de toevoer (uitgedrukt in chlorofyl-a). U kunt zien dat er een bepaalde \"sweet spot\" is voor verbeterde directe continue filtratie. Als de kwaliteit van uw toevoeroppervlaktewater binnen dit werkingsgebied valt, kunt u dit proces overwegen.
