Hoe werkt het?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Het te filtreren water wordt van binnen naar buiten door het doek gevoerd. Zwevende deeltjes en andere verontreinigingen in het water hopen zich op aan de buitenkant van het vezelmedium. Hierdoor wordt een (beperkte) weerstand over het doek opgebouwd en stijgt het waterniveau.<\/p>

Het terugspoelproces wordt ge\u00efnitieerd door een nivosensor of een timer. Tijdens het terugspoelproces draait de schijf en worden de vaste deeltjes verwijderd door sproeien of afzuigen. Het verzamelde spoelwater wordt opgevangen en afgevoerd. Tijdens het terugspoelproces blijft de filterinstallatie functioneren en wordt dus niet uit bedrijf genomen.\u00a0<\/p>

Coagulatie - Flocculatie - Doekfiltratie<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Doekfiltratie wordt vaak gebruikt om zowel oplosbare als onoplosbare vaste stoffen te verwijderen, na coagulatie en flocculatie. Stroomopwaarts van het doekfilter worden speciale coagulatie- en flocculatiezones aangebracht om goede vlokvormingsomstandigheden te cre\u00ebren. De gevormde vlokken kunnen zo effici\u00ebnt in het doek worden verwijderd. De combinatie van een goed ontworpen coagulatie en flocculatie zal resulteren in een zeer effici\u00ebnte verwijdering van vlokken in het doek.\u00a0<\/p>
