Het wasproces bestaat uit twee principes: het zeer turbulente luchttransport van vuil zand van de bodem van het filter naar de top van het filter en de uiteindelijke scheiding van zandkorrels en vaste stoffen. <\/span> In deze blog zullen we het wasproces en de kenmerken ervan belichten.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">De airlift transporteert een mengsel van zand en vaste stoffen van de onderzijde van het filter naar de wasser. De wasser bevindt zich aan de bovenzijde van het filter, in de filtraatruimte, zie figuur 1. Dit principe is welbekend in de baggerindustrie en zeer doeltreffend voor verticaal zandtransport. Tijdens het verticale transport van het mengsel van zand, vaste stoffen, lucht en water worden de zandkorrels op doeltreffende wijze gewassen door de lucht- en waterspoeling, alvorens te worden geloosd in de wasser bovenin het filter.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText3 translation-block\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">De typische hoeveelheid lucht die nodig is voor het luchttransport en het schuren is 1,0 - 1,5 Nm<\/span><sup style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\">3<\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"> lucht per ton opgeheven filterzand. Het kerngedeelte van de wasser is het wasserlabyrint, dat de schone zandkorrels scheidt van de vaste stoffen. Het scheidingsmechanisme is gebaseerd op het verschil in dichtheid tussen de (zware) zandkorrels en de lichte vaste stoffen. Het filtraatwater stroomt door het wasserlabyrint omhoog, hydraulisch gedwongen door een vooraf ingesteld niveauverschil tussen waswater en filtraat. Dit niveauverschil kan handmatig worden ingesteld tussen 5-10 cm. De belangrijkste functie van de wasser is het scheiden van zand korrels en vaste stoffen.<\/p><p class=\"MsoBodyText3 translation-block\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoe wordt dit wasproces geregeld?\n\nSimpelweg door het cre\u00ebren van een voldoende hoge stroomsnelheid van het water door het wasserlabyrint om vaste stoffen uit te wassen zonder zandkorrels te verliezen. De opwaartse snelheid van het water door de wasser is de sleutel tot dit alles. Laten we dit illustreren: stel dat de kleinste korrelgrootte 0,5 mm is. Een dergelijke korrel heeft een bezinkingssnelheid van ongeveer 500 m\/u. Vaste stoffen die in het filter worden tegengehouden bezinken met een snelheid van minder dan 5 m\/u. Daarom is de wasser ontworpen op stroomsnelheden van 50 - 100 m\/u. Vandaar dat een 5 m2 het continue filter een continue waswaterstroom levert tussen 4,0 - 5,0 m3\/h. Het totale waswaterdebiet is niet gerelateerd aan het toevoerdebiet, maar wordt volledig bepaald door de luchtopvoereigenschappen en de configuratie van de wasser.<\/span><sup style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">3<\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">\/uur per m<\/span><sup style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">2<\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"> van het filteroppervlak in een standaard continue zandfilterinstallatie. We leggen uit wat er kan gebeuren en wat u kunt doen.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">Als het waswaterdebiet te laag is, heeft u niet voldoende reinigingscapaciteit en kan dit de filterprestaties verminderen. U zou het waterniveauverschil over de wasser kunnen controleren en als er ruimte is om dit niveauverschil te verhogen kan dit de situatie verbeteren.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">Als het waswaterdebiet te hoog is, kan dit leiden tot zandverstoppingen in de wasser, uitspoeling van zand en verlies van filtermedia. Het is duidelijk dat u dit wilt voorkomen. U kunt het waterniveauverschil over de wasser controleren en indien mogelijk het niveauverschil verminderen door de spoelwaterafvoerstuw te verstellen.
