In een gezamenlijke inspanning hebben Brightwork en Fabiton het innovatieve EcoBlue filter ontwikkeld. Samen lanceren zij nu dit nieuwe product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continue zandfiltratie met hoge capaciteit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Het EcoBlue filter is gebaseerd op het bekende principe van continue zandfiltratie. De laatste jaren is er wereldwijd een groeiende vraag naar compacte en modulaire (afval)waterzuiveringsoplossingen. Het EcoBlue filter is het antwoord op deze behoefte, omdat het volledig bestaat uit prefab componenten die ter plaatse snel tot een werkend systeem kunnen worden geassembleerd. Door meerdere filtercellen in \u00e9\u00e9n unit te combineren, is het mogelijk een hoge verwerkingscapaciteit te cre\u00ebren tot 500 m3<\/sup>\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voordelen van het EcoBlue-filter<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\"De voordelen zijn lagere bouwkosten, een korte bouwtijd, de optimale filterprestaties, een lagere CO2-voetafdruk en een superieure bouwkwaliteit. Onze samenwerking combineert de proceskennis van Brightwork met de expertise van Fabiton op het gebied van prefab betonbouw. Sand-Cycle<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Bovendien is het EcoBlue-filter compatibel met de Sand-Cycle<\/em><\/a> bewaking en controle op afstand. Dit instrument<\/a>, ontwikkeld door Brightwork<\/a>, is gebaseerd op RFID-technologie en maakt bewaking en regeling op afstand mogelijk om de filterprestaties te optimaliseren en zo de bedrijfskosten te verlagen. Diverse toepassingen zijn mogelijk: verwijdering van nutri\u00ebnten in afvalwaterbehandeling, oppervlaktewaterbehandeling en hergebruik van proceswater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
