Optimizing continuous sand filter performance became now easier with an API access

Sand cycle api overview

Optimizing continuous sand filter performance became now easier with an API access Sand-Cycle is used as a powerful real-time tool in continuous sand filters to watch the filter performance and to optimize the process. The Sand-Cycle remote RFID monitoring portal has now been extended with an API access. This allows our customers to integrate the Sand-Cycle output into any local control system. Drylet and Brightwork introduce new “bio-booster” to the Dutch market

Drylet and brightwork collaboration for bio booster

Drylet and Brightwork introduce new “bio-booster” to the Dutch market At the Holland Pavilion during the IFAT two years ago laid the foundation for a successful exclusive collaboration between American technology supplier Drylet and consultant Brightwork from Sneek. Drylet’s Aqua Assist technology, where substrate enriched with microbial material is introduced into bioreactors, leads to a reduction in sludge production, better sludge characteristics and – when used in sludge fermentation – to a higher biogas yield. In 2019, the technology was tested in an endurance test at Halsteren WWTP in close collaboration with the Brabant Delta Water Board. Brightwork recently reported … Read more

High Rate Prefiltration (HRP) An improved pre-treatment of raw waste water

High Rate Prefiltration system

High Rate Prefiltration (HRP) An improved pre-treatment of raw waste water The project focuses on the application of continuous media filtration for primary treatment of (municipal) waste water. The target is to achieve multiple goals: a good separation efficiency, a compact installation and the possibility for resource recovery. The research is executed. We are very pleased our research is supported By SNN and the European fund for regional development.       If you are interested in this topic and would like to know more about it, please , CONTACT US!

Brightwork & Fabiton developed the EcoBlue filter

Ecoblue diagram with examples

Brightwork & Fabiton developed the EcoBlue filter In a joined effort, Brightwork, and Fabiton developed the innovative EcoBlue filter. Together they now launch this new product. Continuous sand filtration with high capacity The EcoBlue filter is based on the well-known continuous sand filtration principle. In recent years, there has been a growing demand worldwide for compact and modular (waste)water treatment solutions. The EcoBlue filter is the answer to this need, since it is entirely comprised of prefab components which can be quickly assembled into a working system on site. By combining multiple filter cells into one unit, it is possible … Read more
